Compensation: None. This is an unpaid internship.
Job Description:
- Check for student and teacher absences and ensure make up lessons are scheduled.
- Ensure the teacher sends post session notes and feedback after every session.
- Create and send quarterly and annual surveys to get feedback from students, parents, and teachers.
- Be the point of contact for teachers should they face any issues and escalate it as needed to the management.
- Collate the survey results and provide a briefing and presentation to the management on the survey results.
- Provide suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain issues tracker.
- Attend team meetings and follow Music Academia's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be a high school or college student (minimum age: 14)
- Interest in being a coordinator.
- Some experience as a coordinator is helpful, but not required.
- Good written and oral communication skill.
- Familiarity with Google drive, Gmail, and WhatsApp
- Good organization skills.
- Be a good listener and work well as part of a team.
- Belief in the cause of Music Academia to help an underprivileged child learn music.
