Marketing internship

Location: Virtual/Remote

Full-Time/Part-Time: Part-Time (10-15 hours per month)

Travel: Some local travel required to meet local businesses and schools.

Compensation: None. This is an unpaid internship.

Travel Reimbursement/Allowance: None. 

Job Description:

• Create marketing materials in collaboration with the Graphics Design team for various platforms.
• Distribute flyers to local schools and businesses.
• Create and run awareness campaigns, recruitment campaigns, and fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate and work with the management and other department interns and volunteers as needed. 
• Attend meetings every other week. 
• Follow Music Academia's policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a high school or a college student in Phoenix AZ and surrounding areas.
• Must be 16 years or older. 
• Interest in Marketing Management if in high school; Must be pursing a degree related to Marketing if you are a college student.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Must have self transportation. 
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Intermediate computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Proficient in using Google drive, Gmail, and WhatsApp.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Belief in the cause of Music Academia to help an underprivileged child learn music.

• Be Music Academia's social media administrator.
• Attend meetings every other week.
• Follow Music Academia's policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a middle/high school or a college student.
• Interest and knowledgeable in social media marketing.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Analytical Thinking and Data Interpretation including performance metrics and A/B Testing.
• Knowledge of key metrics like reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. 
•  Knowledge/experience in Social media SEO.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Intermediate computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Familiarity using Google drive, Gmail, and WhatsApp.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
