Hema is the Vice President of Music Academia. She lives in Arizona with her husband and two boys. She earned her bachelor's in engineering and her master's in business administration. She started as an IT professional and switched careers to HR after almost a decade. She currently handles program management for the Executive Search Group at Intel Corporation. She is also the chairperson for the global Disability and Accessibility employee resource group at Intel. Hema cares about people and considers every opportunity to help others a blessing. Diversity and Inclusion are significant to her. Being a mother of two kids, Hema understands the importance of a well-rounded education for children, and she wants to encourage young kids like Vijayan, who are passionate about giving back to the community. Hence, she loves volunteering for Music Academia as its vice president.
Hema also volunteers with other local nonprofit organizations and enjoys cooking, blogging on everyday living with spirituality, and spending time with her family and friends.
