Compensation: None. This is an unpaid internship.
Job Description:
- Create and distribute business communications to Music Academia board and volunteers.
- Work with HR to create and update handbooks, various HR letter templates, etc.
- Collaborate with Graphics design team, social media team, and HR to create and review content for social media posts and flyers.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and review promotional materials.
- Collaborate with fundraising team to create fundraising materials, various letters to donors, publicity events, campaign strategy, pitches, etc.
- Copy edit, and proof read all communication materials.
- Research and create educational content related to music.
- Attend team meetings and follow Music Academia's policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a high school or a college student
- Interest and/or pursuing education in Communications.
- Some experience publishing materials on various website and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skill.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, using google slides,, Word documents, etc.
- Familiarity with Google drive, Gmail, and WhatsApp
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Be a good listener and to work well as part of a team.
- Belief in the cause of Music Academia to help an underprivileged child learn music.
